2、彩钢瓦翻新

彩钢瓦生锈的原因是受到环境、气候等各种自然条件的影响，使彩钢板锈蚀严重时会出现腐蚀锈穿孔洞，这时就需要翻新更换彩钢瓦。更换彩钢瓦时可采用天能瓦压型钢板直接用替代原有彩钢瓦屋面。翻新前必须进行承载验算，当原有钢结构承载不满足要求时必须加固后再安装天能瓦压型钢板及光伏系统。

原彩钢瓦屋面也可附加安装一层天能瓦压型钢板。加装前必须进行承载验算，新增恒荷载25kg/m，当原有钢结构承载不满足要求时必须加固后再安装天能瓦压型钢板及光伏系统。
